Each year at the Microsoft CEO Summit, more than 100 chief executives from leading companies worldwide meet to explore current trends and discuss how they will shape the future of global business. CEO who participate also get the opportunity to hear leading industry experts analyze economic trends and technology issues.

One of the largest of its kind, the Summit was first launched in 1997, championed by Microsoft Chairman Bill Gates. In the early years, business gurus and thought leaders, experts of business theory, held the center stage. Recently, the CEO's have become the center of the conference, sharing experiences and viewpoints among a group of peers.

The entire Summit represents $3 trillion in annual revenues, 11 million workers worldwide. 45% come from Asia, Europe, and Latin America.
